Terms of Service

By purchasing products from Jen's One Stop Shop you understand that due to high demand of some products, they are not available. If a product is not available at time of purchase a refund will be granted in full.

Products may differ slightly from the pictures or packaging.

All products are shipped via USPS or UPS and the buyer will receive an email (if an email was provided to Jen's One Stop Shop) with the tracking number as soon as packages are shipped. If there is a problem with shipping after Jen's One Stop Shop has shipped the packages, Jen's One Stop Shop is not liable.
